The way you move

find the hollow
beneath my backbone
your lips
a warm welcome
pull me
closer
a night leans in
wanting
to learn our shape
trace the slow
unwinding
of skin meeting skin
outside
wind slips slowly
through harekeke
with a softness
say my name
when your hands
travel the length
of my quiet self
my light
is the sunrise
over the ranges
cirrus clouds
slow, still
present

A very beautiful evocation of love and closeness, friend Kōtare...
Best wishes
Dave :)
